Ingredients:


  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup honey

  • ½ cup vegetable oil
