2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons finely ground Earl Grey tea leaves (from 3–4 tea bags)

¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup (170g) unsalted butter, room temperature
¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven:
