Prepare the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add warm water and olive oil, and knead for 8-10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 1–2 hours or until doubled in size. -
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 250°C (480°F). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven as it heats. -
Shape the Dough:
Punch down the dough and roll it out into a 10–12 inch circle. Transfer the dough to a floured baking sheet or pizza peel. -
Prepare the Sauce:
Mix the pizza sauce with oregano and garlic powder. Spread a thin layer of the sauce on the pizza dough. -
Assemble the Pizza:
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on the sauce. Layer all the meat toppings: pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and ham. Top with a little parmesan cheese for extra flavor. -
Bake the Pizza:
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned. -
Finish and Serve:
Remove the pizza from the oven, drizzle with olive oil, and add a sprinkle of chili flakes for a spicy kick, if desired. Slice and serve hot!
